Pepperoni rolls revisited

I made these for my friends last Saturday. They're pretty much the same as the pepperoni rolls I made back in August of 2009,  except this time I substituted 1/2 cup fine corn meal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Tjhe result was a little bit chewier and a little more flavorful than the last batch, I think. You can read the original recipe and see more photos at the link above.
