Corn on the Grill, II
Yet another way to grill corn. Soak the ears in water for 5-0 minutes, and then place over a very hot fire- hot enough so that the water in the leaves will turn to steam. When the outside is charred, the ears inside will be cooked and have a nice smokey flavor.
Some people like to remove the silk before grilling, but I think leaving it in adds flavor. Some partially shuck the ears, and season, or add butter before grilling. Experiment and find out what you like . Corn is cheap and plentiful right now, so why not play around with it?
