Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
Always a favorite choice for an impromptu grilling session. Chicken that's been brined in a solution of salt and sugar, and an assortment of vegetables marinated in olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and herbs. In this case, it was artichokes (quartered and cleaned), golden beets, and small redskin potatoes.
