Asia Legend



We were in the mood for lighter food Saturday night, and we succeeded in part, I think. The shrimp and tofu at Asia Legend in Ann Arbor is a favorite dish. Very Yin, i.e., cooling, and perfect for a summer night. But then we added two dishes more on the Yang side of the equation, the Chow Fun Beef:



and the eggplant in garlic:



All delicious, of course, and we had a lot left over for the next day's dinner.
